Shipping & Pre-Order Policy
At Run the Yard Attire, every order is made with care. To ensure the highest quality, our product is currently offered for pre-order.
Pre-Orders
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that your item is not currently in stock and will be produced specifically for you.
Estimated Processing Time
- Pre-orders require approximately 4–8 weeks for production before shipment.
- During high-demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen manufacturing delays, processing may take longer.
- Estimated shipping timeframes are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
After your order has been completed, standard shipping typically takes:
- United States: 3–7 business days
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses.
Order Updates

Please allow up to 48 business hours for responses to customer service inquiries.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Run the Yard Attire is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first, then email us so we can assist where possible.
Return & Refund Policy
Because all pre-order items are produced specifically for each customer, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Color preference
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and your order can no longer be canceled or modified.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact our customer support team so we have the opportunity to resolve your concern.
Customers agree that purchasing a pre-order item acknowledges the disclosed production timeline. Filing a chargeback solely because an order is within the stated production timeframe may delay the resolution process, as the order was placed under the disclosed pre-order terms.
